TownSquare Players, Inc. Invites Participation in “TSPrestige”
As a community theatre company, TSP's goal is to encourage the involvement of as many people as
possible - actors and workers. Each production requires the efforts of as many as 200 people and more
than 8,000 hours on weekends and evenings, culminating in the final presentation.
It also takes a lot of money to maintain a community theatre company. Expenses for each production can
exceed $50,000. TownSquare Players’ only sources of income are from ticket sales and contributions.
Donations help to assure the financial success of TownSquare Players, so that it may continue to offer
quality productions at the historic Woodstock Opera House, and provide the opportunity for local area
talent to have an outlet for their theatrical creativity.
The TSPrestige program encourages donations at any of several different levels. Those who give $5-25
are TSP Contributors; $26-50 is the Donor level. A gift of $51-200 is the Benefactor level. Angels are
those who contribute $201-500; a $501-2000 donation would designate the giver as a Star, while $2001
on up is the Sponsor level. All contributions will be acknowledged in show programs for that season.
Those who have seen TownSquare Players productions, and who have appreciated the effort of the
dozens upon dozens of persons that it took to bring the show to life, now have a chance to help.
